These terms and conditions of use apply to your use of our images, and do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with SIOEN (or any of its subdivisions, subsidiaries or affiliates). By using these images, you represent and warrant that you are over the age of 18 and are lawfully able to accept these Terms of use. If you are using our images on behalf of any entity, you further represent and warrant that you are authorized to accept these Terms on such entity's behalf, and that such entity agrees to indemnify SIOEN for violations of these Terms.
We may revise, modify or change the Terms at any time at our sole discretion with or without notice. Your continued use of the Site after we post changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the Terms as modified. It is your responsibility to regularly review the Terms.
The images are owned by SIOEN. Unless otherwise indicated, all of the images are owned by SIOEN, its licensors, or its third-party image partners. All these images are protected by copyright, trade dress, moral rights, trademark and other laws relating to the protection of intellectual property.
Copyrights remain undiminished if the pictures are incorporated into an archive, either electronically or manually. Pictures used for editorial purposes, modified, duplicated and/or electronically altered must bear the credit of SIOEN or any of its subdivisions, subsidiaries or affiliates. Commercial use or sale of the pictures and data, even in electronically manipulated form, is prohibited.
The photos may be printed free of charge, but in the case of print media we would appreciate a copy for our records. If pictures are used in films or electronic media, brief notification would suffice (e-mail: webmaster@sioen.be).
The images are intended for customers of SIOEN. You may not use the SIOEN images for any purpose not related to your business with SIOEN.

SIOEN Trademarks, logo's, and any other product or service name or slogan contained in the images of SIOEN are trademarks of SIOEN and its suppliers or licensors, and may not be copied, imitated or used, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of SIOEN or the applicable trademark holder. You may not use metatags or any other "hidden text" utilizing SIOEN or any other name, trademark or product or service name of SIOEN without our prior written permission.
When you receive a Flickr guest pass, you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms described herein and by all Terms, Policies and guidelines incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not download our images.
SIOEN preserves the right to stop the use of the Flickr guest pass at any given time, no reasons necessary. The SIOEN guest pass is is only valid for 6 months. If you require a know guest pass after this period, a request most be send to your contact person within SIOEN and also to webmaster@sioen.be. If not so, your guest pass request will be denied.
